New Concept From the US Moves into South Melbourne Warehouse

Nathan May and Andrew Prowse of Gorman Commercial secured a 3 year lease with options on a commencing rent of $72,000 pa net ($285 p/sqm). “The former events space with flexible Commercial 1 zoning proved popular with in excess of a dozen enquiries being made once the property launched. Bakers, sneaker retailers, and other event operators expressed interest; however it was the new concept from the US that secured the deal,” commented Nathan May.
