Pallets and Skids Improve their Public Profile by Moving to Vermont

A main road unimproved industrial zoned site of just under 2,000 sqm at 568-570 Canterbury Road, Vermont has been leased to pallets manufacturer, Palletts and Skids for $38,000 pa plus gst and outgoings on a three-year lease. The property  was largely land with a portable office and a couple of sheds. Dean Alexander of Gorman Commercial said, “The tenant moving from Bayswater saw the property as a great opportunity to improve his business by capitalising on the main road frontage with more direct to public sales of pallets and timber products.”
