Sold on a Sharp 3.5% Yield

Gorman Commercial’s Jonathon McCormack and Andrew Prowse sold 1430 Malvern Road, Glen Iris on a sharp yield of 3.5% in front of a large crowd at auction. The freestanding two-storey building leased to The Butterfly Foundation received around 50 enquiries throughout the campaign due to its excellent positioning on Malvern Road surrounded by high density mixed use developments.
