Richard has nearly 30 years of experience in Melbourne's commercial property market. Richard joined Gorman Commercial in late 2014 to manage the company's Leasing Department. Richard's previous roles included the management of Leasing Departments at both CBRE and JLL. During Richard's professional career he has built lasting relationships with major institutional landlords and development companies and high net wealth private investors and developers. Richard is also well experienced in acting exclusively for tenants in their search for alternative premises.


Dean has over 30 years of experience in sales and leasing of commercial properties across the asset types all over Melbourne. With a no nonsense approach to sales and leasing small to large assets, Dean's focus is always on achieving the best outcome for his clients.
