As Director & Senior Asset Manager at Gorman Commercial, Matthew manages a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, including retail, office and industrial properties, as well as multi-storey commercial buildings. His experience across a broad range of asset classes allows him to understand the unique operational, leasing and management requirements of each property and develop tailored strategies that support long-term performance.

Matthew has established and maintained strong relationships with a number of leading national tenants, including Endeavour Group, Chevron Group, Country Road Group and Ambulance Victoria. He has also successfully facilitated the onboarding of many sites across some of Melbourne’s key retail and commercial precincts.

This extensive exposure to different businesses, asset classes as well as landlord and tenancy requirements has given Matthew a strong understanding of the complexities involved in commercial property management and the ability to deliver practical and effective outcomes.

Mario is an accomplished and established estate agent with over 15 years of commercial management experience. He is highly driven and focused on building strong and sustainable relationships. Mario has excellent leadership qualities and is always on hand to provide measured and considered advice to colleagues and clients alike. He has managed a diverse range of assets over the journey, from CBD towers, to small retail sites, which has equipped him with an expansive array of skills to deal with any situation as it arises.

Mario is married with two adult boys whom he is extremely proud of. He is a passionate follower of all things sport and is an avid follower of the Carlton Football Club and Liverpool FC. Mario’s favorite holiday destination is anywhere along the Dalmatian coastline in Croatia.

Daniel is a licensed estate agent with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate exclusively working in property management. As the Director in charge of our Property Management Department, Daniel has expansive knowledge of the commercial market and key legislation. He is well-respected amongst his industry peers and prides himself on building strong relationships with clients and external providers. His approachable demeanour and strong work ethic assures clients their assets are well-managed.

Stephanie is a Licensed Estate Agent who has more than 12 years of experience working in commercial leasing and property management. Prior to commencing her career in real estate, she completed a Bachelor of Commerce. Stephanie’s passion for real estate is apparent through her excellent communication skills and warm and friendly approach. Stephanie is highly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve the best results for her clients. She is highly regarded by her peers and professionals in the field.

Dennis Saccardo’s commitment to Asset Management services was highlighted in 2008 when Dennis joined the business and became a partner in Gorman Commercial in 2011. Dennis is a Director in Asset Management looking after his select group of major company clients. Dennis has in excess of 29 years of experience in Real Estate commencing in residential sales and for the past 17 years in Commercial Asset Management.

David has over 10 years of property management experience, David has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, bringing efficiency and dedication to his role. David enjoys the diverse nature of property management and the opportunity to develop long-lasting relationships with his clients. David prides himself in his highly professional approach and strong work ethic with a strong focus on maximising his client’s investment returns.

Chloe is a multilingual commercial property manager with around eight years of experience in the property industry. She manages a diverse portfolio across retail, strip malls and industrial properties, with the majority of her portfolio located across Melbourne’s south-east.

With the current commercial environment becoming more challenging for many businesses, Chloe believes good property management is about more than simply collecting rent. Understanding a tenant’s business, maintaining open communication and working through issues early can make a real difference in retaining good tenants and protecting the landlord’s income. At the same time, she understands the importance of making commercially sensible decisions and looking after the long-term value of the property.

Rose has 16+ years of real estate experience, specialising in property management across commercial and residential sectors. In addition to her property management experience, Rose has over 6 years of leadership experience where she has effectively led property management teams while honing operational excellence and training skills. Rose tackles challenges with dedication and integrity, ensuring efficient property management and meeting client expectations.

Outside of work, Rose enjoys weekends spent with her husband and pug, Pango. She loves living in Melbourne and making the most of all it has to offer, regularly enjoying all of the good food and wine the city has to offer. She’s also an avid Collingwood supporter, so you will find her at the MCG most weekends.

With extensive experience across commercial and retail property management, Linda brings strong industry knowledge, experience and a practical, solution-focused approach to her role. She has managed a wide range of assets and complex portfolios, giving her a clear understanding of how to balance day to day management with the broader commercial objectives of property owners and investors.

Linda is known for her strong organisation, attention to detail, and calm approach in a fast-paced environment. She works closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders, with a focus on clear communication and ensuring matters are handled promptly and professionally.

Her approach to property management is proactive rather than reactive, she focuses on identifying issues early, resolving them efficiently, and maintaining consistent standards across all aspects of management to help protect and maximise asset value.

Sarah brings more than 13 years of Property Management experience to Gorman Commercial and has developed strong expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the retail, office and industrial sectors.

With a practical and proactive approach, Sarah enjoys building strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants and takes pride in finding sensible solutions to the varied challenges that come with Commercial Property Management.

Sarah is approachable, highly organised and committed to clear communication, with a strong focus on protecting her clients’ interests and achieving positive outcomes. Outside of work, Sarah maintains an active lifestyle as an endurance athlete and can usually be found running, cycling or training for her next Ironman event, bringing that same energy, care and determination to the clients she works with.

Renae has over 9 years of experience in the property industry joining Gorman Commercial in 2021. Over that time, Renae has worked in Owners Corporation, followed by 4 years with a well-regarded firm in the eastern suburbs, and is now one of our Senior Property Managers. Through dedication and hard work, she has carved out a reputation as one of the most regarded property managers in the east. Her extensive knowledge covers office, retail and industrial properties. She has proven to be invaluable to her clients and their portfolios.

Paul has 48 years of experience in the commercial property sector. Paul Saleeba is an Associate Director, a licensed real estate agent and valuer with over 30 years of experience in all facets of real estate and facilities management, having acted for both institutional and private clients as well as 12 years with a large government property organisation. Paul’s experience includes management of major CBD buildings, large industrial estates and port shipping and rail terminals. Paul has also been involved in large infrastructure projects.

Paul is an excellent negotiator and has resolved many complex property matters. He is held in high regard by his peers within both the private and government sectors.

With 12 years of experience in commercial property, Justin brings a well-rounded understanding of property management across a diverse range of asset classes, including retail, industrial, and office buildings.
