Jonathon as Sales and Leasing Director has over 30 years of experience in the marketing, sales and leasing of commercial properties and development sites and is currently responsible for the marketing and sale of sub-$100M investment and development sites in Victoria.
Jonathon is dedicated to nurturing the biggest assets that Gorman Commercial has in their asset management business together with maintaining relationships such as yours outside of the day-to-day management.


Tom has more than 15 years of experience in the selling and leasing of commercial property throughout Melbourne and is highly regarded within the industry. Tom, a well-respected auctioneer is dedicated to forming and maintaining relationships with his clients and overseeing the growth of their commercial property portfolio.


Peter has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience having commenced his property career as a valuer at Colliers in mid-1993 before progressing to retail and industrial sales between 1995-1998.
Peter began focusing on the Melbourne metropolitan and city-fringe commercial sales market in 1998 and this continues to be his focus to this day.
Peter specialises in sales of office buildings and commercial development sites between $5 million – $100 million throughout Melbourne’s metropolitan market.
Peter joined Gorman Commercial as a Director in February 2023 and his charter is to grow not only the sales division, but the entire Gorman Commercial business.


Dean has over 30 years of experience in sales and leasing of commercial properties across the asset types all over Melbourne. With a no nonsense approach to sales and leasing small to large assets, Dean’s focus is always on achieving the best outcome for his clients.

Richard has nearly 30 years of experience in Melbourne’s commercial property market. Richard joined Gorman Commercial in late 2014 to manage the company’s Leasing Department. Richard’s previous roles included the management of Leasing Departments at both CBRE and JLL. During Richard’s professional career he has built lasting relationships with major institutional landlords and development companies and high net wealth private investors and developers. Richard is also well experienced in acting exclusively for tenants in their search for alternative premises.
